Why Choose ThymeSavers?
After returning home to Louisiana in 2007, personal chef Christianne Barrow launched
ThymeSavers in order to bring farm-to-table freshness to convenience eating in Monroe. Formally trained at the California
Culinary Academy and tested behind the stoves at Bradley Ogden's Lark Creek Inn and
George Marrone's Boca Steak, Christianne is passionate about bringing restaurant quality to everyday dining. Working with certified dietitian, Andi
Holyfield, her menus offer both full flavor and Eat to Lose approved options to satisfy
a range of dietary needs and preferences.
